Most companies ask you to take their numbers on faith. This page exists so you do not have to. If something we say anywhere on this site is not backed up here, treat it as marketing and tell us.
How to use this page. Every figure, certificate and credential we publish is listed below with a source you can check independently. Nothing appears on this site that is not on this page. If you find a claim elsewhere on containaura.com that is missing here, email contact@containaura.com and we will either substantiate it or remove it.

Building code & modular certification
A factory-built dwelling cannot legally receive a certificate of occupancy in most US states unless it is approved under that state's modular program and carries the state insignia. These are the approvals that matter, and exactly where we stand on publishing each one.

Read this before you pay anyone, us included. We have not yet published certificate references on this page. Until we do, ask us in writing — before you sign or transfer anything — for the approval that covers your specific state, and check it with your building department yourself. If we cannot produce it for your state, we will tell you so and you should not buy. We would rather lose the enquiry than ship you a home that cannot be occupied.
Delivered projects
We do not publish a delivered-project count or a client register on this page, because we are not willing to publish numbers we cannot evidence. Ask during your discovery call: where we have a client's written permission, we will give you the project reference, the model, the location and — in several cases — a contact you may speak to directly, without us on the call.
Photographs on this site that are renders or illustrative images are exactly that, and are not presented as delivered projects. If any image on containaura.com looks to you like a claim we have not made here, email contact@containaura.com and we will label it or remove it.
Reviews
We do not display a star rating, because we have not yet collected reviews on an independent platform where you could read them for yourself. A rating that exists only on the seller's own website is not evidence of anything. When we have one you can check, the link will be here — including the negative reviews.
Insurance & escrow
Cover is placed per project and per shipment. We have not published insurer names, policy numbers or limits on this page yet, so treat them as unverified until you have the documents:
- Certificates of insurance — general liability, product liability and marine cargo cover — are issued to you on request before you sign a contract. Ask for them; a seller who will not produce a certificate of insurance is telling you something.
- Your escrow agent is named in your contract, with their licence number, before any milestone payment is due. Verify that licence with the relevant state regulator yourself, and send funds only to the account confirmed by telephone on +1 479-581-4872.
What we do not claim
- We do not guarantee that your permit will be issued. That decision belongs to your building department. We complete a feasibility review, and if your lot cannot be permitted you are refunded.
- We do not perform licensed trade work at your site. Foundation, plumbing and electrical connections are carried out by contractors you engage locally.
- We are not a general contractor for your project unless a separate agreement says so.
- We do not offer financing ourselves. We are not a lender, a mortgage broker or a credit intermediary, we hold no NMLS registration, and we do not arrange credit or receive commission for referring you to anyone. Any rate shown anywhere on this site is an indicative market figure for your own budgeting; your actual terms come from your own bank or lender.
