- Engineers and code agencies — your site address and drawings, for stamping and modular certification
- Freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers — consignee name, address and contact
- Our escrow agent and bank — transaction details
- Our US service partner, named in your contract and in your handover pack — for delivery supervision and warranty visits
- Technology providers — email, CRM, WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms), e-signature and website hosting
- Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants and insurers, where needed

5. International transfers
Your personal data will be transferred outside the United States, and outside the EEA and UK, including to our manufacturing facility in China. This is necessary in order to build your home — the factory needs your drawings, specification and delivery details.
For personal data protected by EEA or UK law, the mechanism we rely on is the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with the recipient, backed by an assessment of the transfer. Ask atprivacy@containaura.com and we will tell you what is actually in place for each recipient handling your data — including any for which a mechanism is still being put in place. Please be aware that the legal protections for personal data in China differ from those in the EEA, UK and United States, and that authorities there may have rights of access under local law.

7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to: give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; send it to another provider; or withdraw a consent you have given. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.
Email privacy@containaura.com. We reply within 30 days and do not charge. We may need to verify your identity first. If we have to keep something — a tax record, for example — we will tell you which record and why.
8. California residents
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you have the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a limitation right. The categories we collect, our purposes and our disclosures are set out in sections 2 to 4 above. To exercise a right, email privacy@containaura.com or call +1 479-581-4872. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
9. EEA and UK residents
Sections 3 and 5 set out our legal bases and transfer safeguards. You have the right to complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office, in the EEA your national data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
10. Security
Access to your data is limited to staff who need it. Company accounts require two-factor authentication. Data in transit is encrypted. Contracts are executed through an e-signature provider with an audit trail. Banking details are never transmitted by chat. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data and presents a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
11. Children
This site and our products are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have, email privacy@containaura.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We will post any change here with a new effective date and version number, and where the change is material we will email customers with an active project.
