2. Using the site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You must be 18 or older to submit an enquiry.
3. Information on this site is not an offer
Model descriptions, specifications, images and prices are for general information. They arenot a binding offer. A binding price arises only in a written quotation, and a contract only when both parties sign. Specifications and prices may change without notice. Renders and photographs are illustrative; finishes, fittings and layouts may differ, and site conditions vary.
4. Free zoning checks
Any free zoning or feasibility comment we give before you engage us is an informal desktop opinion based on published records. It is not a professional determination, not legal advice, and not a representation that a permit will be granted. Do not buy land in reliance on it without your own professional advice.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, renders, drawings, model names and the CONTAINAURA name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in evaluating a purchase. You may not republish, sell, or use our content commercially, or use our drawings to have a home built by anyone else, without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, submit false enquiries, or impersonate CONTAINAURA or its staff anywhere.
7. Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites — state registries, review platforms, certification agencies — so you can verify what we say. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
